Who we are and what this policy covers
Advanced Visalia Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Visalia, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, call us or send us a request, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.
It applies to this website, from the home page to every service and city page, and to the information you share with us while we're putting together an estimate or doing a job. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you is what you tell us when you fill out our contact form, call (559) 820-0664 or email us. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reach you about your request.
The address of the property, so we can come out, look at the site and give you a quote.
Details about the job, such as whether it's a driveway, patio, slab or other work, what you're seeing, like cracks, sinking or pooling water, and any photos you choose to send.
We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details through this website. Please don't send them through the form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically by the tools that run it. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address.
We use this to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that aren't working, not to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember things between visits. This site and the analytics tools it uses may set cookies to count visits and understand how people move through the pages.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some visit counts and settings may not be kept.
How we use your information
We use what you share to answer your request, schedule a visit, prepare your quote, do the work you hire us for and follow up afterward if something needs attention.
We may also use it to keep basic records of our jobs, to meet legal and tax requirements and to improve the website. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share information only when we need to in order to run the business. Our contact form is handled by an outside form service, and the site relies on hosting and analytics providers. They process information on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or with a permit office or supplier when your job calls for it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and job details for as long as we need them to answer your request, finish your project and stand behind the work. After that, we keep only what we need for tax, legal and business records, and we delete or securely discard the rest.
If you reached out but never booked a job, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the job, and we use providers that take reasonable steps to keep data secure.
No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent online will never be exposed. If you'd rather not send something through the form, give us a call instead.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, including in California, the law may give you additional rights over your personal information. We'll honor those requests as the law requires and won't treat you differently for making one. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so we don't hand your details to someone else.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and the version shown here is the one that applies.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think we've handled something wrong, reach out through our Contact page or call (559) 820-0664.
Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll respond within 1 business day and work it out with you.
